Notice is hereby given that on 19 August 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr by Thomas Alan Whiteway Garrity and Roderick Houston McNidder, Directors, craving the Court inter alia, that Mathieson House having its office at 7 Broomfield Road, Ayr, KA7 3ST (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Ayr by interlocutor dated 20 August 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
