NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at BDO Northern Ireland, Metro Building, 1St Floor, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA on Tuesday 28 February 2023 at 11.00am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators and approving the Liquidators release pursuant to Article 148 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989.
