The Member of the above Company passed the following written resolutions on 18 June 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Lennon (IP No. 24650) and Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) both of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 18 June 2021, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michael Lennon and Benjamin Wiles as Joint Liquidators.
