Take notice that on 2 March 2021 a Petition was presented at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Megan Cockburn of 60 Davids Way, Haddington EH41 3DG, craving the Court for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the said Buckstone Roofing (Scotland) Limited and to appoint Graeme Norman Bain, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnstone Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND as Provisional Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 2 March 2021 appointed the said Graeme Norman Bain as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months (unless extended); and ordained all parties having an interest to lodge Answers by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
