"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) and David Norman Kaye (IP No. 2194) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
