This Notice is given under Rule 15 13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the decision procedure, Tracey Howarth, of Carter Halliwell Limited, The Genesis Centre, Garrett Field, Birchwood, Warrington WA3 7BH.

The proposed decision sought from the creditors of the above-named Company to form a committee, and if one is not formed, to fix basis of the Liquidator's remuneration.

To be entitled to vote, a voting form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Liquidator by one of the following methods:

Creditors who meet one or more of the statutory thresholds listed below may, within 5 business days from the date of the delivery of the Notice to creditors, require a physical meeting to be held to consider the matter.

Statutory thresholds to request a meeting: 10% in value of the creditors, 10% in number of the creditors, 10 creditors.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
