“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Adrian Duncan (IP No 9645), of Savants Restructuring Limited, 83 Victoria Street London, SW1H 0HW. be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Liquidator be authorised to distribution the assets in cash and in specie at his discretion.”
