At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 495-509 Bordersley Green, Birmingham, B9 5XF on 4 July 2019, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Extraordinary resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Jonathan Amor of A.M. Insolvency Limited, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8NX be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator's fees will be charged as a fixed amount of ÂŁ1,500 plus disbursements and VAT"
