At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 21 December 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

that the Company be wound up voluntarily

that, subject to the passing of the above special resolution, Sue Rosemary Staunton and Sandra Lillian Mundy of James Cowper Kreston be appointed as joint liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be done by one or more persons for the time being holding the office of the liquidators.
