At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL on 26 September 2018 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
