The Joint Liquidators are Simon Girling (officeholder No: 9283) of BDO LLP, Bridgewater House, Counterslip, Bristol BS1 6BX and Danny Dartnaill (officeholder No: 10110) of BDO LLP, Thames Tower, Level 12, Station Road RG1 1LX. The Joint Liquidators were appointed on 18 August 2016 and carry out their functions jointly and severally meaning any action can be done by one Liquidator or by both of them.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving, being 12 June 2020. If creditors have not already delivered a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their claims by post or email to us by no later than 12 June 2020, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend.

Creditors who have claims of £1,000 or less that we are aware of according to the Company’s records will not have to deliver proof of debt or claim form for dividend purposes.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
