“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) and Henry Shinners (IP No. 9280) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
