No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB be appointed Liquidator of the Company”.
