At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Alexander Stephen House, Holmfauld Road, Glasgow G51 4RY on 20 November 2019 at 5.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Carvill-Biggs and Thomas Campbell MacLennan, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3RD, (IP Nos. 15930 and 8209) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
