“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) of Kreston Reeves LLP, Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RY and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
