At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 2.00 pm on 21 April 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) and Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Brightfield Business Hub, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, Cambs, PE2 6XU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
