At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6SG on 22 July 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

”That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Royle (IP No. 18934) and David Adam Broadbent (IP No. 009458) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6SG be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.
