At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 12 November 2020 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”

“That Luke Venner and Malcolm Rhodes of Joshua Curryer Stratus House, Exeter Business Park, Emperor Way, Exeter EX1 3QS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up”.

" That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation"
