"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Luke Venner (IP No. 21172) and Malcolm Rhodes (IP No. 25892) both of Bishop Fleming LLP, 2nd Floor Stratus House, Emperor Way, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, EX1 3QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
