“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) and Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
