A Petition to wind up the above-named company of YPG Developments Limited (09883699) of Cwg House, Gallamore Lane , Market Rasen LN8 3HA, (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Thursday 13 January 2022, at 15:54 by SANAN CONSULTING LIMITED, of 62-64 Chestnut Grove, Wavertree, Liverpool L15 8HS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Wednesday 02 March 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
