Notice is hereby given that on 27 October 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by The Edinburgh Beer Factory Ltd, (Company No. SC491926), Unit 15, 32 Bankhead Drive, Edinburgh, EH11 4EQ, craving the Court inter alia that YOUTH JUICE CREATIVE LIMITED, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC489342) and having its Registered Office at The Biscuit Factory, 4-6 Anderson Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston, Insolvency Practitioner of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Level 8, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BX be appointed Interim Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 27 October 2017 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
