Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 December 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
