Notice is hereby given that on 6 November 2019 a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by James Stocks Chairman of Your Waste Recycled Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Your Waste Recycled Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC439184) and having its Registered Office at 9-11 Palacecraig Street, Coatbridge, Scotland, ML5 4RY be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig , Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, be appointed as interim liquidators by Interlocutor dated 6 November 2019 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Airdrie Sheriff Court, Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6EE within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
