A Petition to wind up the above named company Your Power Limited of Bristol and Bath Science Park, Dirac Crescent, Bristol, BS16 7FR (Registered Office) presented on 26 February 2016 by PROLIFT ACCESS LIMITED, of Prolift House, Westpark, Chelston, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9AD (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on Monday 18 April 2016 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support it or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 15 April 2016.
