"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Buijs (IP No. 15192) and Hasib Howlader (IP No. 20350) both of Hudson Weir Limited, Third Floor, 112 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5SA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
