"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TY and David Ronald Taylor (IP No. 13790) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Davidson House, The Forbury, Reading, RG1 3EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
