Notice is hereby given that the Official Receiver, having been appointed on 16 January 2019, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 0.5p in the ÂŁ to the unsecured creditors of the company within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 21 January 2021 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
