"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) and Christopher Wood (IP No. 9571) both of BHP Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QB be and hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
