A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Yorkshire House Development One Limited (09702509) of Ogleforth House, Ogleforth, York YO1 7JG, whose nature of business is Property development, presented on Monday 17 August 2020, at 10:00 by CHARLES RICHARD JACKSON AS TRUSTEE OF THE CRJ PENSION SCHEME, of Loftus Hill, Ferrensby, Knaresborough GH5 9JT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (Chd), 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 10 November 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
