A petition to wind up the above named company York Street Restaurant Ltd (Co Ref No 10225278) of 3 York Place, LEEDS, England LS1 2DR and presented on 28 November 2016 by LEEDS CITY COUNCIL, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds on 14 February 2017 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
