At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited incorporating Crawfords, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG on 20 December 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Kachani and Gareth Hunt, both of Royce Peeling Green Limited incorporating Crawfords, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG, (IP Nos. 5780 and 19132), be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 20 December 2021 the resolutions were ratifieid confirming the appointment of Alex Kachani and Gareth Hunt as Joint Liquidators.
