Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 October 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Patrick Lannagan (IP No. 009590) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
