Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of appointing a Liquidation Committee and agreeing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
