"That Gerard Patrick Crampsey, of Stirling Toner Ltd, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G2 3EX (IP No 023) be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that any power conferred on him by the company, or by law, be exercisable by him alone."
