A Petition to wind up the above-named company of YELLOW TANKERS II LIMITED (00200106) of Harbour Court, Compass Road, Portsmouth PO6 4ST, Harbour Court, Compass Road, Portsmouth PO6 4ST (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is sea and coastal freight water transport, presented on Monday 30 July 2018, at 12:00 by MNOPF TRUSTEES LIMITED, of The Beehive, City Place, Gatwick Airport, West Sussex RH6 0PA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the INSOLVENCY AND COMPANIES LIST (CHD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 September 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
