Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of creditors of the above-named Company is being convened by Stanislaus Cooney to be held on 9 October 2018 at 11:30 am, for the purpose provided for in Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The virtual meeting will be held by telephone conference and details of how to access the meeting are included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information, please contact the nominated Joint Liquidators, details of which are given below.

A meeting of shareholders has been called and will be held on 9 October 2018, prior to the virtual meeting of creditors, to consider passing a resolution for the voluntary winding up of the Company.

If a creditor is unable to attend the virtual meeting in person, or does not wish to attend but wants to vote, they can either nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or nominate the Chair of the meeting, who will be the director, to vote on their behalf. Creditors must deliver their proxy in advance of the meeting. All proofs of debts and proxies must be submitted to ASM (M) Ltd, The Diamond Centre, Market Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6ED.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting.

At the meeting, creditors may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting of creditors, and may be requested to consider a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.

Grainne Quinn (IP No: 19110) and Geraldine Cahill (IP No: 9489) of ASM (M) Ltd, The Diamond Centre, Market Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6ED are persons qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the Company who, during the period before the meeting, will furnish creditors free of charge with such Information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
