Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") the above named company was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) on 9 October 2018. Grainne Quinn (IP No: 19110) and Geraldine Cahill (IP No: 9489) of ASM (M) Ltd, The Diamond Centre, Market Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6ED were appointed Joint Liquidators.

Notice is hereby given, that the creditors are required, on or before 30 November 2018, to prove their debts by sending full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidators at ASM (M) Ltd, The Diamond Centre, Market Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6ED. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators deem necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the declaration of any dividend will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
