A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Yasmin Management Limited (registered no. 07426920) of 7 Hammersmith Road, London W14 8XJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is licensed restaurants and management consultancy activities other than financial management, was presented on Tuesday 27 August 2019 before 16:30 by the Petitioners, Georgina Marie Eason and Michael Colin John Sanders of MHA MCINTYRE HUDSON, New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6BJ in their capacity as Joint Supervisors of the Voluntary Arrangement entered into by the Company (the "CVA"), will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 25 September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 24 September 2019.
