A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 17 January 2022 by Hayat Nas and Teresa Jane Nas of 51 Acacia Gardens, Bathpool, Taunton TA2 8TA claiming to be creditors of the Company. The petition will be heard at Taunton County Court, Shire Hall, Taunton TA1 4EU, on 8 March 2022, at 10.30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
