“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Linda Farish (IP No. 009054) and Christopher Ferguson (IP No. 22890) both of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
