‘That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

‘That Timothy Alexander Close of Milsted Langdon, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be appointed as liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
