Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Directors of the above-named Company (the 'convener(s)') are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator by way of a virtual meeting. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 07 August 2019.

In the High Court of Justice Birmingham No: 538 of 2019.

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the

Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting,

Claire Louise Foster of Revive Business Recovery Limited, 7 Jetstream Drive Auckley Doncaster South Yorkshire DN9 3QS. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals

2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee

3. The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs

4. The timing of the Administrator's discharge.
