Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed at a reconvened general meeting on 4 October 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that M. Jacobson be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up." At a subsequent meeting of the Company's creditors held on 4 October 2018 the following resolution was passed by the creditors: "That M Jacobson (IP No. 11590) of Streets SPW, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF and J Pitts (IP No. 007851) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds LS1 2HJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they are to act jointly or separately."
