Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented in Lanark Sheriff Court by John Andrew Carr, 18 Craignethan Road, Castlehill Industrial Estate, Carluke, South Lanarkshire ML8 5UF and John Ritchie Carr and Margaret Ritchie Carr, both at 14 Kirk Road, Carluke, South Lanarkshire ML8 5BN on 24 September 2019 craving the Court inter alia to order that XTRA MINI COACH HIRE LIMITED (Company Number SC289736), having its registered office at 14 Kirk Road, Carluke, South Lanarkshire ML8 5BN be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; and in the meantime, to appoint Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND as Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 26 September 2019 appointed the said Donald Iain McNaught as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
