Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the shareholders of the above company was to be held at Flat 217 Graphite Building, 9 Stanley Street, Salford, M3 5GB on 31 December 2018 at 11.00 am in accordance with Rule 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and section 171(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and the following ordinary resolutions were unanimously passed:

“That Stephen Allen Clark of HBG Corporated Limited resignation as liquidator be accepted with effect from 31 December 2018 and that Mark Robert Fry (IP No. 008588) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR is appointed as replacement Liquidator with effect from 31 December 2018.”
