No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Steven Wright, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
