"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Smithson (IP No. 9317) and Andrew H Beckingham (IP No. 8683) both of Leonard Curtis, 2nd Floor, 40 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
