At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4.00 pm on 31 August 2022, the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) and Cameron Gunn (IP No. 9362) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly and separately.”
