i. “That the company be wound up voluntarily”.

Ordinary Resolution

i. “That Manubhai Govindbhai Mistry and Hemal Mistry of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 0ED be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company”.
